At JellyRollFabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or home textiles do not meet your expectations, you can return unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fabric remains clean, uncut, and in its original fold.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
